AgroVision Bake-Off Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Bake-Off
- Participation is free of charge.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Participation is open to customers, business relations, and visitors who have received an AgroVision cake mould at a trade show or event.
- To enter, share a photo of your cake on social media, tag AgroVision, and use the designated campaign hashtag.
Bake-Off Competition Period
- The competition runs from 1 October 2026 until 31 December 2026.
Winner Selection
- The winner will not be determined by a random draw.
- A jury of AgroVision employees will assess all entries based on creativity, presentation, originality, and use of the AgroVision cake mould.
- The jury’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
- The Bake-Off prize consists of a personalised milk churn and personalised wooden clogs.
- The winner will be announced no later than 29 January via AgroVision channels.
- The winner will also receive a personal notification.
Other Provisions
- By participating, the participant grants AgroVision permission to use the submitted photos and the participant’s name for promotional purposes related to the Bake-Off, such as on social media, the website, and in newsletters.
- The participant remains the owner of the submitted photos.
- AgroVision reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms and conditions.
- In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, AgroVision will make the final decision.
