UI/UX Designer

Are you a talented UI/UX designer with a passion for creating seamless user experiences? AgroVision, a leader in agricultural software solutions, is seeking a dedicated UI/UX Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to be the sole designer in a position that offers a lot of freedom, reporting directly to the Manager Innovations and working with all innovation teams and product managers.

AgroVision specializes in agricultural software for Cows, Crops, Pigs, Finance, and Formulation. We aim to help farmers make smart decisions by providing software solutions that promote efficiency and responsibility in agriculture.

Role and responsibilities

You will have a great impact when focusing on UI design, assisting product owners, and improving the usability and accessibility of our existing web- and mobile apps. Key tasks include:

• Creating user journey maps and wireframes to enhance user experience.
• Creating visually appealing and functional prototypes.
• Developing and maintaining a design system.
• Collaborating with developers to implement design elements.
• Unifying the look and feel of all products under one brand by making incremental improvements across all products.
• Collaborating with product managers and innovation teams to integrate UX principles into existing processes, like conducting user research and usability testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of UI design experience in an international company that provides cloud-based solutions and applications.
• Demonstratable experience in establishing UX processes within product software organizations.
• Ability to understand user needs.
• Proven ability to prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Figma and Angular Material.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.
• Available to travel to the office in Denmark approximately four times per year for three-day trips.
• Loves to work and collaborate with colleagues in our Apeldoorn office.
