Termination notice
According to our general terms and conditions, you can terminate your contract annually with a notice period of three months. This means you can terminate up to three months before the end of your contract.
For example, if your contract runs until December 31, you must terminate it by September 30 at the latest. If you terminate after September 30, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another year.
Once your termination has been processed administratively, you will receive a confirmation.
