Will you be our new Operations superstar for the pig sector?

For our pig farming customers, we are looking for a colleague who not only answers questions but also actively thinks about finding solutions. Together with your team, you help our customers keep moving forward, which makes your work diverse and enjoyable every day.
What will you job involve?
As an Operations employee, you are the first point of contact for pig farmers via text services like WhatsApp, emails or phone. You help customers with questions about our programs, optionally guide them via TeamViewer, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Whether a connection is disabled or a data exchange with a third party is missing, you act quickly and identify where the issue must be solved and makes sure the customer can con their daily work without problems. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will receive questions related to administration, in example license update and invoicing
Next to support customers directly in a helpdesk setup, you will also act as a sparring partner in individual customized sessions to support the customer in getting the max potential out of our products. You will guide and support customers, help them understand how our software works, and highlight the value of their data.
Together with your team, you work on the growth and improvement of our software. Maintain and further development of our 0-line support services, like customer portals, in line manuals, webinars, etc. Focus on the pigs’ sector in Poland next to increasing activities related to our sectors Crops, Cows, and Formulation.

The team
The international Operations team consists of approximately 55 people in various roles and is located in several countries. The office in Poland is placed in the region Województwo Kujawsko-Pomorskie.
