Germany | Min. 32 hours per week

Are you service-oriented, conscientious, independent, communicative, and a true team player? And do you see it as a challenge to help customers with your knowledge of pig farming? Then you’ve come to the right place!

For this job, residence in Germany, in the area of north / north-west Osnabrück, is required.

Your responsibilities

As a part of our customer service team in Germany, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the German market. You will help them with questions and support them to get the maximum value from our different software.

You will be the operational link to the local agribusiness, key accounts, and a member of our international customer service team. You will also be in contact with our Innovation Department when our software is updated for the specific market you are working in. As an Operational Area Manager, you are the internal go-to person in our operational department, Operations. You will, for example support the local Sales team with commercial approaches, such as in-depth presentations, exhibitions, or trade fairs, and assist our Marketing department with specific market campaigns. Occasionally, you will also assume the role of Project Manager for larger tasks executed in Operations related to your geographical area.
